I loved how the previous Vinylux polish lasted so I decided to pick up another color at the nail supply store. If you love the colors from the Shellac collection but hate the soaking off process or having to go to the salon for a manicure, you will love Vinylux as it carries the same colors that Shellac does and many more.
I got a change to try out 3 colors from the Vinylux collection from CND and I was impressed. At first I thought how can a polish hold for a week without even wearing a base coat? There were some chips but not noticeable chips as the ones that occur with regular polish. With regular polish I usually get chips the next day as I type at work and when washing dishes or cleaning I never wear gloves. With Vinylux I noticed a small chip on day 4, which was minor, and on the day 6 I noticed another chipped nail that was a bit bigger. I was still impressed regardless of the chip on day 6. I usually change my polish often when wearing regular polish because I get bored of wearing the same color after 3 days or the chips get me irritated. With Vinylux I waited until day 6 after seeing the second chip to change my polish. It is suppose to be a 7 day polish but for me any polish that stays on for 4 days is a winner.
