Spring has Sprung and with Summer around the corner I have still gravitated towards black… Yes black. Black goes with everything and it’s easy to pair. Black has been my to go color (shade) recently.
I had previous shared in the New For Spring post my Feather colored 3.1 Phillip Lim handbag… and just as I mentioned I was really contemplating on returning or exchanging the bag. At the end I did return the handbag as I was not 100% sure about the color. Having paid full price did hurt as well. Since these bags do go on sale I was worried about the color feather going on sale soon.
Sales come and go and knowing when to take advantage is sometimes hard. I sometimes guess myself thinking maybe something better will come along. I just have to say I was glad I waited. A recent promotion at Neiman Marcus was applicable on this bag and I was able to snatch it for $200 off! This time I went with a safe color, black.
Other sales and promos include my new black Prada sunglasses and Tory Burch sandals from Bloomingdales.
Not black but currently on sale at Neiman Marcus are these SJP Fawn Pumps which remind me that “there is no place like home.” I will forever be a fan of Fawn.
And as always more SJP Collection shoes. The sales at Bloomingdales made me do it. Metallic Blue Fawn Pumps and Multi colored Jagger Heels.
Everything is not black and white as we always need a little color in our lives.
